Kim Houston’s safari obsession began after reading an article about giraffes and simply wanting to see these graceful animals in the wild. Soon thereafter, she left her healthcare job to pursue a career in travel. After walking with elephants in Botswana’s Okavango Delta, watching the sunset over Mt. Kilimanjaro and being in the midst of the wildlife spectacle that is the Great Migration, Kim knew she wanted to share these unforgettable experiences with others. She brings over 15 years of travel planning experience, along with her never-ending passion and excitement for Africa, to each and every itinerary she crafts. When not dreaming up the perfect trip, you can find her taking long walks on the beach (seriously!), playing her crystal sound bowls or making futile attempts to beat her son at this favorite video game.
