Anyone else have problems with Get Your Guide and their way of taking credit card payments for tours? I just can't make it work.

Anyone else have problems with Get Your Guide and their way of taking credit card payments for tours? I just can't make it work.
I had an issue and then I tried again a few days later and it worked. Make sure you're on their partner platform when you book to get commission.. I wasn't, ha!
