Hotels with Early Check-In?

I'm so frustrated, I have a client that figured out Radisson Hotels offer early check-in's. It's great, yout pay anywhere from $40-$75 for an early check-in. I then suggested it to other clients flying across the pond for their one night stay before a cruise. Started working with our Rep from Radisson (they are preferred and offer 10%). I have almost $5k in hotels stays for four different clients because they want to be able to check in at noon. Found out I won't get commission on any of it (long story, their system really sucks). Clients already know the price, so I don't feel like I can mark it up, not worth it to me at this point since these clients are friends and I won't take on fees for them. But I will never work with Radisson again but would love to know of any other hotel chain that offers early check-in. Maybe the really nice 5-star hotels offer this, but these are all my budget clients... Still working on finding the 5 star clients!

Thank you!

I'm new so I haven't started charging fees yet (I will, just was trying to figure out how long it takes to do things). Can you give me an idea of the range you charge for things like this? It's my next step, is figuring out my fee structure. Right now I'm working on close friends trips, using them to learn, so no fees but I will start charging soon.
