My clients text photocopies of their passports to me because this is the fastest, easiest thing for them. When I send them from my phone to my email to save them something happens with the size of the file and it just is not working very well for me. Wondering how others collect copies of passports in a better format that is still easy for the clients?

Also, after listening to a few different presentations from Tom Carpenter, it sounds like we should be making our clients fill out a credit card authorization form=agreeing to terms and conditions every single time we need to use their credit card. A few of my clients are gently pushing back on this a little bit because they find it annoying, and I agree with them. And older clients are easily frustrated with technology. One of the reasons people choose who to do business with is the ease of doing business. Wondering how others manage protecting yourself/your business without discouraging the clients.
