Insurance starting from 2 year old credit

I have a client that was going to go to Scandinavia with a dmc and cancelled her trip for the Ukraine War. She didn't use her insurance because, war. Does anybody know if using the credit from 2 years ago will keep her from getting buy early features with the insurance companies or, is there one that I can still get buy early features. The new trip is not set, we are just starting to plan.

I believe if it was Travel Guard, when you purchase the new policy it is just like any new policy. The credit is simply applied toward the new premium. I always double-check with our sales reps when I have things like this come up-in case anything has changed. Best to receive the most current information directly from them.
