I have a client with a disabled adult child with whom they travel. The client wanted to know if there are any cruise companies, river or ocean, that are able to provide caretakers on board so that the parents can take shore excursions, etc. They are able to take care of their daughter fine, but wanted to see if there is a way for the two of them to do some things on their own. any ideas?
