Hi fel free to treach out to me, - I live here :) Wish I could say we had more 5* experiences but there are really only 2 at that high end. You have Biltmore Inn which is top hotel here, and Omni Grove Park which is very historic (but non-renovated rooms are meh). My friend heads up their high-status loutalty member program at the Grove Park. The Renovation just opened up downtown, and there is the new Radical Hotel in the River Arts District with a great restaurant on the first floor. There is also the Kimpton Hotel downtown, The Foundry, and some boutique hotels too. If they need transportation I have a good company we have used ourselves....do not rely on Uber to get from the Airport to downtown if you are coming in later in the evening. (FYI - Four Seasons is building a new hotel in Hendersonville, but that is at least a year+ away from opening). Several homes were recently renovated are are BnB in downtonw too - look at Zelda Dearerst, we watched them renovating these 3 historic homes in downtown over the past 3 years.
