Entry into Canada with DUI
Anybody know what my client needs to do to enter Canada after having a DUI 5 years ago. He is going on a silversea cruise in August.

I had a client last August sail from Vancouver on an Alaska sailing, she had a previous DUI that was older than 5 years, but less than 10. She was pulled from regular immigration line and was questioned in a separate room. I would advise client do some research regarding this situation and know what to expect. My client said it was a bit nerve racking, but she just told the truth about what had happened and when and she was allowed through.
