Does anyone have experience with accessible travel? I have a 50-year-old client who uses a wheelchair and will be taking a Celebrity cruise to Alaska. This is my first time booking a cruise AND working with a wheelchair user. I’ve secured an accessible room for her and have been in contact with Celebrity’s Access and Excursion departments to ensure she has everything she needs. I’ve also provided a travel insurance quote through Allianz. Is there anything I might be overlooking? I’d appreciate any input thanks!
