Is anyone else having trouble w/UA and Global Entry?

I had two people that are traveling together on United Airlines tomorrow morning. Neither one of them got their TSA pre-check when they checked in online for their flight, despite my having put their Global Entry numbers into the reservation. These people travel a lot and I processed the Global Entry numbers exactly the same as I always do. When they questioned the United agent she told them that Global Entry doesn't work for domestic travel....only international. They were told that if they flew domestically they needed a Known Traveler number. I know that is not true.... unless they have changed their policy. Has anyone recently had this problem on United? It's so frustrating when you work so hard for your clients to include the ridiculous amount of information that we are required to remember and then they are told something like this, that makes you look like you don't know your job. UGH!

That's the situation I was having as well, although I did find out that my client's Global Entry did expire, which added to the problem. In addition to that, he's changed physical addresses and email addresses several times so he never got the renewal notices. He also changed is drivers license because bought a motorcycle....all these things raised red flags and now they've frozen his account. He's trying to clear everything up but at least he has acknowledged that it wasn't my fault...which is nice.
