trying to book in the south of France for an important new client from Jul 30-Aug 5 and it's proving very difficult as most things are booked solid

I have found Hotel de Paris Saint Tropez is the only 5-star w availability from Aug 2-5 (first 3 nights are at Cap-Ferrat) but if I wanted to try and quote a yacht to sleep 4 for 3 nights in Saint Tropez, where would I look?

any other thoughts?
