Recent positive experiences with partners . . . . .

After ranting about one of my worst booking experiences in an earlier post this evening, I wanted to share four GREAT recent bookings I have had. Africa Adventure Consultants right here in our office! Kent Redding put together the most gorgeous proposal for my clients for South Africa complete with videos, photographs, detailed and organized descriptions-and this was just the proposal! He and his team are excellent communicators and so, so, SO easy to work with. Also loved working with Magali at Essential Travel Europe-tested them out on a pre-cruise 1-night hotel with private transfers and two private sightseeing tours and she and her team were fantastic to work with! I have also worked with top-notch reservation agents at Seabourn and Regent Seven Seas Cruises-the employees I have spoken with have been knowledgeable, competent and caring. My mantra for 2025, "LET IT BE EASY" - I am consciously working with vendors who make my work life better. These four companies are at the top of my list to continue working with and recommending for clients. Let's support vendors like these and help each other out by warning each other about companies that are difficult to work with. ❤️

Totally Agree with you. I'm also doing the same thing.
