GDS help - AA/BA contract - Ireland
I emailed Suzy and she said to email american.support@aa.com and they replied saying to email commission.support@aa.com and I got an auto reply from that saying that email has been closed since JAN 2021 and to email our sales rep, which I did and I got an OOO reply. I've sent to the person he said to contact and am waiting for a reply, but I have tickets that have been ready to issue for two days, and that makes me nervous, because I have the last seats in this class of service! I'm tempted just to leave off commission, as it's not significant anyway (though I do have 5 tickets to issue).
Has anyone used the AA/BA contract for commission on tickets to Ireland? It has a specific section for Ireland, and I'm booking premium economy on BA with Aer Lingus codeshare between London and Ireland. The contract doesn't make it clear if we can use the EI code share, but it does list EI as exceptions (without clarity what that means).
First letter code of fare basis is "O" for 4 of the 5 tickets, which should be 10% on the W-E-T contract, but I'm not sure if the EI codeshare makes it invalid? The fifth ticket is first letter K outbound and O returning, which is 10% on the regular contract outbound and 10% on the W-E-T contract returning. I would think I can still take commission each way even though different contracts - I would be able to on a one-way basis... BUT...still unsure about EI codeshare!
Anyone have any experience with a situation like this?
