My client heard that it is illegal to take some prescription drugs and over the counter meds into Japan. Has anyone had issues with this?

My client heard that it is illegal to take some prescription drugs and over the counter meds into Japan. Has anyone had issues with this?
My client doesn't take any medications, so he doesn't have to fill out any forms. Are you working with a tour operator? If so, hopefully they have some answers for your clients.
