Rimrock in Banff
Has anyone used Rimrock hotel (Accor property) as an alternative to Fairmont Banff Springs (Sold out on clients dates)? Or know of any other good Banff hotels for this summer? TIA!

Hi Katie,
I typically only stay at 5 star hotels unless that is not an option and will stay at a 4 star. The Rimrock is a much more newer contemporary hotel as compared to the Fairmont Banff which is historic and much more rustic. We did not stay at the Fairmont because it was completely booked with a business group......so the hotel was overwhelming with corporatte guests and many public spaces closed to the regular guests catering to the group.
