How to retire and let clients know

Have been doing this for over 35 years now - most of them with Travel Society. With this transition to Sabre I am seriously thinking of hanging it up -- not worth learning a new system (at least with the training so far). Are there others who are looking at this? My MAIN QUESTION is how and what time frame do you let clients know? I am also moving to Washington State to be near my daughter and her family and help with a new grandchild this fall so my time available to devote to business will be curtailed anyway. I know there isn't a "form letter" but if anyone has any feedback I would appreciate it. My business also also dramatically decreased with the uncertainty about the US -- have had many clients call and say they won't be travelling until social security/medicare/costs of living stabilize so there have been many weeks where I have had nothing anyway. Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions..

I start my conversion on 30 June 2025. The thing is, we can use the format (at the bottom of the system) to put in the stuff we know in Apollo, and it will change it to the Sabre format. Is this not something we can do? They did show it to us at the beginning, but I am not sure where we are right now.
