Client going on Camino Costa Rica... wants 2 weeks before and 3 night decompress after
Hi All!
Great to see you at the Summit! I have clients who are mid 60's and recently retired medical professionals. They are going on the Camino Costa Rica. I had never heard about this and ... wow. GNARLY (imho) Glad I did things like that 20 years ago. It is bascially trekking from one side of Costa Rica to the other. Leaches... ick. I digress.
They want to do something for 2 weeks before and don't want anything 4 Season-y. I was thinking perhaps Panama. Maybe Belize. I'm going to send a message to Costa Rica Trails to see about the 3 nights post but I have to admit the recent feedback on here about Panama Trails was a bit off putting.
Anyone have any brilliant thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
Karen
Hi Karen, it will depend on time of year, and budget, but what about a Lindblad 7 day cruise from Colombia, ending in Panama 8 days later, with maybe a pre-cruise in Colombia, post cruise Panama, then hop over to Costa Rica? And if they are starting from the east, ending in the west, which is in Quepos, they are right by Manuel Antonio. 3 nights chill at Arenas Del Mar on the beach.
