Sabre penalty quote inaccurate when you click the arrow at end of fare when pricing
Priced Qatar in Sabre. Then when I clicked the down arrow at the end of the fare, it gives you some basic fare rules. It said :

If anyone books a lot of Qatar, you know that this is wrong even on the lowest fares. They quoted the no show fees above for before and after dept. I'll open a case, but be careful of using this to quote the clients. I went further into the Sabre fare fules and those are accurate at 220.00 change and 320.00 refund penalties

Update---Rule 16 shows the correct penalties. But Sabre picks up the rules from 31 and 33. In each of the rules, there is a section that mentions the higher penalties, then below, a section that mentions the penalties in Rule 16. So the Rules are messed up, and not a Sabre glitch. Checked the Apollo rules, since the airlines load those, and Apollo's 31 and 33 also have contradictory information. Sheez what are the odds to get this goofy one on my first Sabre international booking
