Refund - if you exchange a ticket and it is a true refund back to a card, it will not say it's a credit card refund on the mask. Just -150.00 , for example , with a 150.00 refund. Then email OPS to be sure they process to the card and not as a penalty. Same as Apollo

--You have to calculate the net comm. after the 3.5 pct is pulled out. MOST IMPORTANT- Do not use the Sabre Calculator. I had a fee that would not go across to accounting. Floor walkers gave me a format, Suzy gave me a format and neither went over. On a whim, I checked the Sabre Calculator to be sure the amounts were correct and no typos. Fee was 55.00 so put T[]55*.965 It came up with 53.07. Checked on Apollo, and it was 53.075, which means the 7 needed to be an 8. Put in 53.08 and it went across. It didn't match the correct net so it wouldn't move. USE A CALCULATOR :) Sabre doesn't go out to the thousandths place which we need for rounding up.
