Group booking - claim and pricing record in Sabre
I have a QR group to ticket, travel in July, so totally nor an issue to do it in Apollo. I would much rather just do it in Apollo, since it's already going to be time consuming and I know what I'm doing. The thing is, if I do it in Apollo, I have to sell passive segments (QR told me to do that), but if I do it in Sabre I can claim the record and issue as positive space. What would you do? Is anyone out there comfortable enough to help walk me through how to claim a record and build a pricing record in Sabre (as a bulk fare)? I asked Suzy and she said to open a case with Sabre, which I know I could do, but I'm just not sure the best way to go here. Would love opinions or, better yet, some help if Sabre is the better path.
