Niagra Falls
I have 2-sister looking for a 5-7 day tour Oct 25. Their main request is to see Niagara Falls. I have tried Cosmos, Globus, Collette, Kensington, Go away. Any more I might try?
Thanks,
Susan

Hi, I am looking for feedback on Travel Insured - is anyone working with them? I have been hearing from several other advisor friends about them, and see they are in our vendor network, though not a preferred partner. I just pulled a quote and it is about $300 lower than my usual go-to for insurance, but wonder if anyone has first-hand experience.
I use them a lot, had one claim this last year and they paid the full $20k when the client canceled due to contracting covid the day of the trip. Submitting documentation took a little bit as they were insistent on wanting a letter from the cruise line that they wouldn't receive money back or a credit (providing just the invoice that outlined the cancellation policy wasn't enough), but they did pay.

Hello - Is anyone else attending the SLC ASTA? I just realized I signed up last year and I am going next week!
I'm not - thought about it but didn't get signed up. But I would like to hear what you think about it after.

I have a question, my clients are leaving in a few days for Mozambique and the paperwork says they need to show "proof of funds". What does that mean and how do they do that. They are not really comfortable showing their bank statement to someone in Mozambique.....ideas?
Thanks~

Only needed to change a return on a pnr, so in graphical, I put KEEP for the first 2 segments. Price was pretty high.
Double checked it with formats and found if I tried WPNCB to price the whole ticket, it was 127.00 less today. And since on AA, they could get an MCO.
Viewed again on graphical to compare, and if I kept EXCHANGE on all segments, it did show the -127.00 difference. Best to compare both!

I'm using Blacklane for the first time. I've always used Carey but have heard good things about Blacklane, and it's less expensive. But they don't include tip in their quotes. Client (and me) wants to know how much to tip... 20%? And do they pay with cash or cc? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,
I just returned from a FAM with Rocky Mountaineer and wanted to provide some feedback. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to sell them after going on the trip. I was in the GoldLeaf (the higher/more expensive) service and it was really great- the seats were comfortable, the food was amazing (much better than I expected), and I was concerned about being bored but that wasn't the case (they are long days though, 10-12 hours on the train). If possible, I think I would recommend starting in Vancouver so that the scenery gets better as the trip goes on. Something to note- there are early wakeups (if I recall correctly we had to be ready by 7am the first day and 6am the second day). They say this is a great trip for people who enjoy cruising, and I can see the comparison. The…
Thanks for the review. I just came back from the Vancouver to Lake Louise tour.
I really enjoyed it as well. We were in Silver Leaf. Yes the days were long and agreed that I never got bored. So scenic. I did nod off a couple of times 😃
Silver Leaf used the Hampton inn in Vancouver which was much nicer than I thought it would be and a great location. In Kamloops there isn't a 5 star experience and the hotels they use are fine. You are there for a short night anyway. In Lake Louise, they put us at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. It was gorgeous. The Gold level would have been nice, but quite a bit more money. I would highly recommend as well. It is pricey for sure.
Did you try Tauck, Trafalgar, Insight, ? Otherwise you could do a customized tour and can try Canada By Design-Alisha Hartland-let me know if you would like contact info.
