Hello-I have a good friend who is looking for help to plan an annual lacrosse trip for her son's private school in Washington DC for March 2026. The budget would be around $1500 per kid. Last year they went to Florida and the total cost was around 53K for 7 coaches and 45 kids for 3 nights and 4 days. The trip components would be hotel, airfare, charter bus and meals. If you have experience booking large group travel and are interested in this booking please let me know and I will make the intro.

hi, i just had a referral contact me about a trip to Norway. It is a couple that has been to Norway numerous times.

this is for August. I am starting to cut back my business and am able to refer this to someone else.

they want to take the Hurtigurten from Bergen to Trondheim on 8/14.

they will want air to and from Norway and are thinking of stopping in Dublin on the way there perhaps or, if that is too complicated, in Stockholm.

so it would be the 3 day cruise, air and a few hotel nights.
