The record does not Auto End after you have issued a service fee.  The PNR will Automatically End and invoice after successfully issuing Airline Tickets, EMDs, Exchanges, Refunds &  VOIDS.   I will contact you directly to talk about your process

If you invoice in Sabre, you do not want to invoice in ClientBase. You could add the booking information in ClientBase to keep a detailed history of your customer's reservation, but only invoice in one system.  

After the PNR is ended and pulled back up type in *HAC do you see an invoice number? If so add your email address using the Agency Technology format and then Queue it off to yourself. If you do not see an invoice number, you will need to type in DIN. Pull the PNR back up *HAC make sure you see the invoice number and then proceed with the rest of the process. If you have air in the PNR along with a live hotel when you issue the airline tickets it will invoice the hotel.

In the Command Helper, under Air, Select -- Shop Fares, in this search platform you can add qualifiers to help you filter the results and narrow down what you are looking for. I agree that you should contact the Sabre Help Desk to help you walk through this.

Currently not everyone will link to the printer with the same format. After you complete the instructor-led training I email out directions specifically to each agent. I am working with Sabre to see if the format might be the same for everyone in the future, more to come on that subject.
