Viator Issues
I've had multiple issues with Viator over the past 4 months including technical issues, but last week, a museum booking to the Rijksmuseum cancelled. When I called they said it was because they were no longer using the supplier. OK, got it. Today, my client tells me they got notificaiton that their Van Gogh Museum tickets were cancelled too. When I called Viator, they were clueless. Then 2 hours later, my client got notification that their Anne Frank Access tickets were cancelled too! So, I called Sean (our rep) and he said that all these tickets were booked through suppliers that have black marks against them and really didn't have the tickets. OMG!
Project Expedition does not have either of these tickets. I am probably going to book the Van Gogh tickets through their website but I know the Anne Frank tickets will be hard to get since it is a rush to get them. Any ideas where I can book them ahead of time?
