I have some clients booked at the Villa Carlotta hotel in Taormina. The reviews say that getting to/from the hotel is a very steep climb. The concierge has informed me that there isn't a shuttle but they can call them for a taxi at any time however they are older and concerned it will be to much for them. Is anyone out there familiar with the property that would be willing to give me more information? Thanks in advance!!!!
