Daytrip - Hit or Miss

Daytrip has some really good global coverage at reasonable prices (usually), but I have had very mixed experiences with them. Many of my point-to-points in Europe and South America have gone well, BUT I am working with a group right now who have about 20 arrival transfers from Heathrow...and many have not gone well.

Daytrip states: For airport pick-ups, the driver will be waiting for the clients at the arrival hall associated with their flight number, holding a sign with their name on it. Most drivers have not been in the arrivals hall, and those who have had a name on their phone at best (i.e., tiny). Some clients have had a hard time finding the drivers. One driver even left when he only had 2 of 4 people on the manifest!

Overall not great. This could simply be a London and/or Heathrow specific issue, but it has me concerned since the ratio of good to bad is swinging drastically.

Has anyone else had experiences good or bad with Daytrip?

To follow up on my own post...this situation has been a continual nightmare at Heathrow. I had a driver call ME thinking I was a traveler, which means Daytrip messed up and provided them with my contact info instead of the client's. Several folks have ended up grabbing Ubers because they couldn't connect with drivers. Bad news all around. The Daytrip team has been...apathetic in our communications.
